Welcome To Stockholm
We are delighted to invite you to the NPOG-NSA 2022. The conference will take place in the beautiful capital of ours, Stockholm, September 8-10.
The NPOG-NSA conference is usually held biannually and rotates between the Nordic countries. Last years meeting was postponed due to the pandemic. The first part of the conference will focus on pediatric ophthalmology and on behalf of the Nordic Pediatric Ophthalmology Group (NPOG). The second part focuses on strabismus and is organized on behalf of the Nordic Strabismological Association (NSA).
The main topics for the NPOG part of the conference are: Abusive Head Trauma, myopia and optic disc malformations. The main topic the NSA part is muscle transpositions. In addition, there will be sessions with free papers and case presentations.
The conference venue will be Aula Medica, Karolinska Institutet. This is close to the new St. Erik Eye Hospital. Accommodation is available within walking distance to Elite Carolina Tower; Hotel Stallmästargården or Elite Palace Hotel.
We hope to offer an inspiring programme, quality time with “long-not-seen colleagues” and a wonderful stay in our capital. We are looking forward to seeing you in Stockholm in September.
On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee,
Kristina Teär Fahnehjelm, Stefan Löfgren, Jan Ygge, Agneta Wallin, Kerstin Hellgren, Ulrika Lidén, Jonas Blohmé (NSA) and Ulf Dahlstrand (NSA)
